Charitable Purpose

The purpose of Aotearoa Archives Trust is to be educational and beneficial to the community by promoting the preservation of historical materials which is to be made freely available via the internet to all current and future members of the public. To be educational, informative and entertaining by restoring and developing present and historical documents and cultural material and to provide other support and assistance consistent with these charitable purposes.

Entity Structure

Charitable Trust comprising of two current trustees our trust deed allows up to eight trustees. Our registered office is in New Plymouth, Taranaki. We currently have a Chairperson and Secretary/Treasurer.
