Charitable Purpose

To advance education by the promotion, advancement and creation of sustainable education and personal development opportunities for the residents within the Marlborough Region. To be beneficial to the community by providing young peoples with special educational needs or challenges with learning opportunities in the alternative or complimentary to traditional schooling.

Entity Structure

There are four Trustees including Chair, Secretary and Treasurer. These officers are appointed annually. An annual meeting is required under the terms of the Deed and other meetings are held as required. A quorum is three of the four Trustees.
