3.1 The Company operates exclusively for charitable purposes. The charitable purposes (Charitable Purposes) of the Company are to provide for the advancement, promotion, development and resourcing of business education and personal development in New Zealand with a special focus on the needs of women in business. In particular, but without limitation, the Company will • Recognise the need for diversity in New Zealand business and focus on the provision of programmes targeted at women.
