Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

To provide people in the community with transitional accommodation, particularly those homeless as defined by Statistics New Zealand (2015) New Zealand Definition or Homelessness. In particular to: operate a transitional accommodation service, provide access to support and guidance to be transitioned back to non-homelessness.

Entity Structure

We have an office in Timaru. Our trust deed states that we must have between three and ten Trustees. We currently have three Trustees that constitute our governance board.
