To administer the property known as Windsor Park and to oversee the extension, repair and maintenance of the Sports playing fields, assets, facilities and buildings at the Park in accordance with best practice and a long term asset management plan, and the provision of all the facilities and buildings and personnel necessary for the Sports at the Park. To promote, foster and develop the playing of sports (especially cricket and rugby) together with other activities (“the Sports”)
