Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

Seek to operate the three studios known as Beat Box Studios for the use and benefit of the musical community of Christchurch. The studios are currently being used for the tuition of singing groups. the tuition of and utilisation by contemporary musical groups for practice and the promotion of music through RDU radio station, Canterbury University and the ARA Jazz School. In addition the studios may be used for recreational and amusement activities that in anyway benefit the local community.

Entity Structure

The trust has been formed specifically to operate the Beat Box studios. The agreement to the extent it is able to meet the rental commitment for the premises and then to provide support to the music community of Christchurch and Canterbury
