The purpose of the Trust will be to provide a summer school for residents and visitors to the Kapiti Coast District.

Entity Structure

The Board of Trustees will comprise of no less than three Trustees. Activities will be based in Kapiti. Any income, benefit or advantage will be applied to the charitable purposes of the Trust. All New Zealand laws will be followed. Surplus funds will be carried over to the next year.
