Purpose & Structure


Charitable Purpose

(a) to help and support the educational, social and physical development of West Auckland Youth; and (b) to provide support for West Auckland youth who are socially disadvantaged; and (c) without restricting the scope of the foregoing, to provide facilities and other appropriate assistance to West Auckland youth; and (d) to foster and encourage interests enabling youth to improve self-worth and behavior; and (e) to do all such other acts and things that are incidental to and will further promote the attainment of the objects of the Trust then provided that nothing in this deed will authorize any object that is not charitable law in New Zealand; and f) to provide support and funding for programmes that provide education, social and physical development to members of the West Auckland Community.
