Entity Structure

The Trust is a charitable trust which has been created by deed and has been registered as a charitable trust board and duly incorporated. To date, the Eparchy has established itself in New Zealand with consent and as chaplaincies of the Roman Catholic Bishops and the Roman Catholic Church. The Holy Father in Rome has given his consent to the Eparchy establishing itself as a diocese independent of the New Zealand Roman Catholic Bishops.
