The purposes for which the Society is established are to receive, hold, manage, and administer the Fund for every purpose within New Zealand that is Charitable according to the laws of New Zealand benefiting the members of Ōkahu Inuāwai (me etehi atu) Hapū Inc. Society, whether it relates to the relief of poverty, the advancement of education or religion, or any other matter beneficial to the community of Ōkahu Inuāwai (me etehi atu) Hapū.
