Charitable Purpose

To support and develop the arts by providing an opportunity for young singers who usually reside in the greater Canterbury region to rehearse and perform in a barbershop style.To educate, instruct, and assist in the training of singers, composers and conductors to cultivate and enhance the art of barbershop music, singing and performance; To provide support and encourage the development of musicians and musical skills; To provide exposure to works by New Zealand composers and arrangers
