Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

The Trusts mission is to improve the lives of vulnerable people. The strategic priorities are to provide basic and safe living accomodation and basic living necessities through both National and International programmes. The purpose of the Trust will be to identify groups in need, and to actively aid in practical solutions which will aim to: 3.1 improve their current living standards; 3.2 provide other support and assistance consistent with this charitable purpose.

Entity Structure

We have a head office based in the Waikato. Our trust deed states that we must have between three and seven Trustees. We currently have three Trustees that constitute our governance board, including three executive positions: president, treasurer and secretary.
