Entity Structure

The Whare Ora Development Trust will provide Māori housing entities with advice to whānau/hapu groups wishing to plan papakāinga developments and access Government support through the “income related rent subsidies.” Through using innovative building practices and partnering with innovative building companies and research and development providers the Trust will provide expertise on the construction of affordable and healthy homes.
