Charitable Purpose

The purposes of the society are to: (a) Promote leisure marching as exercise for mature women for recreation and fitness; (b) Do anything necessary or helpful to the above purposes. Pecuniary gain is not a purpose of the society.

The society has a managing committee (the committee), comprising the following persons: (a) chairperson, (b) treasurer, (c) secretary, (d) Instructor, and (e) other members as the society shall decide. Only members of the Society may be committee members. There shall be a minimum of 3 committee members.
