Charitable Purpose

To support, both financially and otherwise, the charitable work of Merivale Community Incorporated ("MCI") by way of: - Providing accommodation for MCI; - Promoting and assisting the charitable work of MCI; - Establishing and maintaining any buildings and other assets owned, occupied or operated by MCI; - Such other method as the Board considers as being appropriate.
