Entity Structure

Rumio is a charitable trust that will operate employing principles of social innovation and creativity to our projects (i.e. as per the Charities Services definition of a social enterprise). The trust comprises of a board with three trustees. The trustees can serve indefinitely unless they are unfit to perform the role and function. The board is responsible for programme ideation, policy, strategic planning and setting of relevant budgets for the charity.
