Charitable Purpose

The charitable purposes of the Society are: To advance the education of youth in the Franklin area in mental health issues through group learning classes; To advance parental and caregiver education in the Franklin area in the field of youth mental health through group information classes; To benefit the community by the supply of resources to youth in the Franklin area in relation to their mental health and wellbeing; To benefit the community by the supply of resources to parents and caregiver

Entity Structure

We are a non-profit organisation run by a volunteer committee. Our rules state we must have six committee members including three executive positions. We currently have a total of twelve committee members, including a Chairperson, Treasurer and Secretary. We are based in the Franklin District and are a stand-alone organisation.
