Charitable Purpose
Our Trust's educational focus is teaching volunteer school students how to plant, grow and pot on native plants to be planted for Native bird food and habitat purposes in the Christchurch Residential Red Zone thereby establishing a native forest benefiting all Christchurch residents. Our Community Service Focus is organising volunteer school students and the general public to help in planting out/ mulching / weed control/ maintaining/ watering/ mowing between planted native trees/ plants.

Six volunteer Trustees co-ordinate with the schools to organise the Satellite Nursery installation and ongoing training as well as the planting and maintenance days.
