Charitable Purpose

The primary objective of ASA is to provide leadership, direction and management of resources which will enable the Trust to provide academic support, nurture, guidance, mentoring, training and assistance to Pasifika students aged 12-18 (School Year 7 to 13), and their families.

Entity Structure

ASA is governed by 6 Trustees with the option of another community member. Director of Programme & Learning and Director Pastoral Care are members of Governance Board and are charged with day to day running of the Academy. The remaining Trustees are elected via an Annual General Meeting, for a two year period, from the Pasifika community that supports the aims and objectives of Amanaki STEM Academy.
