Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

To effect and assist in the funding and construction of a new 850 plus seat theatre with fly tower for Whangarei to compliment the existing facilities at Forum North, namely the Capitaine Bougainville Theatre, Te Kotahitanga Exhibition Hall, Bounty Room and Cafler Suite. To encourage, support and promote Artistic, cultural, educational, intellectual, physical, social, recreational, charitable and religious activities in the Facilities. To foster and provide opportunities for the participation and enjoyment of the public in the Facilities.
