Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

Surplus funds shall be applied to charitable purposes within NZ as specified in section 5(1) of the Charities Act 2005 and those which comprise "Charitable Objects" to: Positively impact on the lives of young people by providing accessible sport and physical recreation experiences to promote character development, life enhancing values, good health and community cohesion; engage young people to embrace new activities, challenge them to get off the couch or street and live active and healthily.
