Charitable Purpose
Provide or assist in the provision of facilities that will enable students in the Wellington region, to play cricket or other games and sports and thereby assist in assuring due attention is given to their physical education, and development and education of their minds by:
- organising and providing facilities, equipment, coaching
- maintaining playing fields, parks, gymnasiums and accommodation.
Providing facilities for physical recreation in interest of welfare for the Wellington public.

Our trust deeds states we must have between three and seven trustees, we currently have seven. There are no executive positions. At present administrative support is provided by management staff at Cricket Wellington and DLA Piper.
