Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

3.1 The charitable objects and purposes of the Trust are as follows: (a) To promote, foster, and develop youth potential and leadership through sport. (b) To expose youth to regional, national and international competition at all levels in all sports, with an emphasis on indoor basketball.

Entity Structure

The current structure of the trust consists soley of it's trustees. A Chair, Treasurer, Secretary and additional trustees to a maximum of ten trustboard members. In the future it is anticipated that staff will be employed to deliver the activities of the trust, however in the beginnings the trustboard members will fulfill all roles to deliver its activities.
