Entity Structure

The Trust shall be administered by the Board of Trustees. We are based in Hawkes Bay but provide coaching from the Waikato to the Wairarapa. Our trust deed states the board consist of not less than three (3) members, who shall also be Trustees, nor greater than seven. We affliliate with an appropriate governing body or bodies to promote the game of basketball in Hawkes Bay and elsewhere in New Zealand.
