Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

The Trust will provide budgeting and community services for Cook Islands community and Pasifika people in the south and wider Auckland region.

Entity Structure

We have a head office based in south Auckland. Our trust deed states that we must have between five and eight Trustees. We currently have seven Trustees that constitute our governance board, including four executive positions: chairperson, assistant chairperson treasurer and secretary.
