Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

To promote mental health among professionals, particularly those working in the legal profession. To raise awareness of mental health issues among professionals, particularly those working in the legal profession. To support professionals who are suffering from mental health issues, particularly those working in the legal profession. These purposes will only be carried out in and to benefit the people of New Zealand.

We are based in Wellington. Our Trust Deed state that we must have between 2 to 6 trustees. We currently have 3 Trustees. The Trustees will govern the activities of the Trust.
