Charitable Purpose

1. To devise, manage, and hold annual bluegrass festivals in New Zealand. 2. To further foster the growth of music as a performing art in New Zealand. 3. To make known and further the objects and activities of the Trust. 4. Generate and manage capital and income for these purposes. 5. Other musical activities. 6. To work with other groups with common aims.

Our trust deed says we must have no fewer than 3 and no more than 6 Trustees. We currently have three Trustees that constitute our governance board.
