Entity Structure

We have a head office based in North Shore, Auckland and expect to open branches in several other countries. Our trust deed states that we must have between one and ten Trustees. PROCEEDINGS AND MEETINGS OF THE BOARD 9.1 The Trustees will hold an Annual General Meeting within four (4) months of the end of the Trust’s financial year to approve the Trust’s financial statements. We currently have one Trustee and we will appoint three executive positions: president, treasurer, and secretary.
