Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

Adopting the values of West Eyreton School and encouraging parents to work in partnership with the school to support pupils to achieve their potential and passion for learning. Providing a link between Staff, Board of Trustees (BOT), parents and community members. Raising funds to provide improved facilities and educational opportunities for members of the school community. Providing support and assistance to the greater school community, and promoting and encouraging community spirit. Carrying out other activities consistent with the charitable objects of the organisation.

Entity Structure

We currently have six Trustees that constitute our governance board, including four executive positions: chairperson, deputy chairperson, treasurer and secretary. Our constitution states that we must have a minimum of four trustees.
