Entity Structure

The Trust has four establishment trustees with the option in the Trust Deed to increase this to seven that will provide Governance and Policy oversight of the trust. The Trust will develop its operational arm including administration and operational staff to deliver the services or contract staff/or providers to deliver the services that the trust will take on board to deliver on its charitable purposes.
