On 23rd March 2019, the aspirations of Te Kotahitanga o Ngāti Tūwharetoa Trust trustees was to establish a Charitable Trust. This Charitable Trust is a new entity in providing charitable purposes for Ngāti Tuwharetoa Iwi descendants. Te Kotahitanga o Ngāti Tūwharetoa Trust is the parent entity and Te Kotahitanga o Ngāti Tūwharetoa Charitable Trust is a group entity to the parent entity
