Entity Structure

Te Anamata Trust is a newly Incorporated Trust with a Trust Deed stating that our Board will consist of no less than 3 Trustees and no more than 10. We currently have 3 Trustees of which we have appointed: Chairperson/Secretary Role We have also engaged an accountant (K&J Accountants) to ensure tax and gst obligations are met.
