Entity Structure

The Earth Equity Trust is an independent Charitable Trust that will be run by its trustees. The initial trustees will have the ability to appoint and remove trustees by special resolution. The Trust will work with a number of organisations in New Zealand There will be a 'sister' Charitable entity set up in the US that will work with the New Zealand based trust.
