Entity Structure
Pursuant to the Trust Deed, the trust shall be administered by a board comprising the trustees (Board of Trustees). The Board of Trustees shall comprise not more than 6 nor fewer than 3 trustees. Trustees shall be appointed for a term of up to three years provided that a trustee whose term has expired shall continue in office until a successor is appointed. The trust is currently based in Auckland, and has 3 trustees. The trust must be operated and governed in accordance with the Trust Deed.
