Charitable Purpose

1. To provide physical and online space for the public to connect with up to date information about environmental groups active in the region, and access to information and events. 2. To provide those groups with physical and online space to collaborate, share information; to build a stronger climate and environmental community best prepared to activate in response to the climate emergency and to advocate for actions advised by the scientific community.

Entity Structure

We have a physical space at Aro Valley Community Centre (currently on hold for Community Centre upgrades), our meetings are conducted online and in other community spaces. Our deed states that we must have a minimum of 3 Trustees. We currently have 3 voluntary Trustees including a president, secretary and treasurer. We have the support of a group of active volunteers who assist in carrying out activities that facilitate our purpose, they do not control or direct our operations. We do not trade.
