Kora Charitable Trust ("Kora") is a Charitable Trust Board incorporated under the Charitable Trusts Act 1957. Its office is in Wellington, but it will provide charitable services throughout New Zealand. Kora's Trust Deed requires that it have between two and six trustees, and at incorporation as a Trust Board, it had 3 trustees.
