Charitable Purpose

Providing, coordinate and facilitate educational support programmes for Pacific students in New Zealand. Alongside these Pacific families, referral of the right social services providers is paramount to advance the welfare and well being of Pacific people in New Zealand.

Entity Structure

We are a registered Charitable Trust Board with whom we do not affiliate with a national body. We are Auckland based, with the potential to operate in other areas of interest in New Zealand. Our Rules and Constitution states that our governance board shall have a managing committee "the Committee", comprising the three executive positions: Chairperson, Secretary, The Treasurer and Other Members as the Trust shall decide totalling five members up to 12 trustees.
