Entity Structure

The operations are based in Warkworth and is staffed by two executive officers with a committee structures to plan and operate the proposed festival. The committee is volunteer based support group up to 6 people. One of the functions is to raise funds from sponsors to meet the cost of the Festival which is a free event. The trust will have a separate grants committee of 4 people to distribute net proceeds from festival.
