Charitable Purpose

The charitable purposes of Transforming Justice Foundation are: 4.1 To promote the earliest possible intervention to support parents, focussing on reducing child abuse, in particular infanticide / child homicide. 4.2 To facilitate and coordinate professional support for parents, families, and caregivers where behaviours of youth are conducive to criminal offending. 4.3 To Promote policy where legislative changes are needed to achieve our Mission statement. 4.4 Through media and other avenues

Entity Structure

Our trust deed states that we must have between 2 elected officers and no more than 10 elected officers. We currently have 3 Trustees that constitute our governance board, including three executive positions: chairman, treasurer and secretary.
