The HIKA Trust is established to promote, facilitate and manage programs and initiatives within the Te Arawa rohe and other areas affiliated with Te Arawa that a) increase whanau household income and enable employment b) advance education and training c) assist in the relief of poverty effects and improve whanau standards of living d) provides for facilities which enable and encourage social cohesion, connection and resilience of whanau
