Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

Te Pou Manawa Charitable Trust was established to enhance the overall, holistic health and wellbeing of individuals, families and the community by providing suitable health & fitness programs. We also aim to assist those who are vulnerable & high risk by providing a safe space for them to improve their overall health & wellbeing through the provision of boxing. We aim to help the community achieve their personal health goals & reduce the current statistics of suicide, obesity, depression etc thru facilitating workshops, wananga, retreats, coaching programs, seminars and any other needs that our community has and that we are able to deliver. We have a genuine passion for helping our Rangatahi (youth) as they are our leaders of tomorrow! So delivering under the capacity of being able to influence our future leaders onto better and brighter pathways will always be at the forefront of what we do!
