Evidence Based Eating New Zealand Incorporated is established and maintained exclusively with the principal objective of advancing the overall health and wellbeing of all New Zealanders and their land by ensuring that the consumption of whole food plant based is commonly recognized and understood by all New Zealanders as the most effective way to eat for the optimal health and wellbeing of people and the environment in which they live.
