Charitable Purpose

The purpose of the Trust will be to promote the theme of Christmas as a festive occasion for the benefit through entertainment and enjoyment to the people of Kāpiti and surrounding area by means of an annual Christmas Parade through the streets of Kāpiti Coast.

Entity Structure

We are based in the Kāpiti Coast. Our trust deed states that we must have between three and fiveTrustees. We currently have four Trustees that constitute our governance board, including three executive positions: president, treasurer and secretary.
