Promoting waste minimization in all its forms with the ultimate goal of reaching zero waste in the community (Blueskin Bay to Palmerston) ; establishing and managing a community resource recovery centre; encouraging practices to decrease reliance on fossil fuels; supporting and enabling localization of goods, resources and labour; promoting activities that enhance our local environment; offering education and advice on matters pertaining to the Society’s purpose
