Charitable Purpose

Empower Youth-Self Mentoring Trust is the brain child of Andrea Dawson and Hayde Trethowen two highly motivated Youth Workers that thru their shared experiences, skills and overarching passion have designed and facilitated 1LIFE Programme in schools. We coach vital life skills that uplifts youth to be the best that they can be in a fun and interactive environment. The programme teaches critical resiliency skills of positive relationships, self regulation and key techniques to navigate adolescent
