Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

- To benefit the community by providing education, counseling and other support services for immigrants and refugees from post-USSR countries & states, including language instruction, employment training, job search programmes, translation services and information programmes on New Zealand culture and life. - To advance education by educating and informing the Russian-speaking community on the necessity of activities stated above and ensure their smooth settlement in a new country.

Entity Structure

We are a newly registered organization with 2 main divisions - one in Auckland and one in Wellington. We have 6 committee members, 4 being executive - President, Vice-President, Treasurer, and Secretary (as advised by Incorporated Societies act), and 2 extra positions - Social Media Manager and Event Manager. We are operating nationwide and our activities are not limited to cities where we operate now. We are hoping to expand in the nearest future as well.
