Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

The Ohau School Parent forum (OPF) will act at all times with the charitable purpose of advancing the education of the Ohau School children by providing resources and opportunities as described in our constitution. We embrace the broader definition of education to include sporting, cultural, social and community-based education rather than purely classroom based education.

Entity Structure

We are a group of people who make up membership for this group that meets at least twice per term. We all have some connection to Ohau School whether parents, staff or community members with an association with the school. We have 4 officers: Chairperson, secretary, treasurer, principal (staff rep). The school is our base. The constitution is our guiding document.
