Charitable Purpose

To protect, enhance and restore native forest, wildlife and the unique and endangered ecosystems around the maunga of Maungatūtū, its environs and connecting corridors, Western Bay of Plenty, New Zealand. To educate through knowledge and involvement. To continue and expand the mahi of Mount Tutu Eco-Sanctuary Trust - Private Trust by Deed dated 22nd August 1994. Maungatūtū is a significant maunga to Ngati Ranginui Iwi and Hapu Ngai Te Ahi.
