Charitable Purpose

1. To advance holistic education in New Zealand and around the world through technological innovations in order to make high quality education more effective, accessible, and affordable. 2. To develop and make available educational materials to prepare young persons for responsible and engaged citizenship, leadership and community participation. 3. Facilitate the improvement of local communities, particularly in poor and impoverished areas, by designing, implementing and facilitating community development projects designed to alleviate poverty, assisting disadvantaged and vulnerable persons and strengthen the social fabric of the community

Entity Structure

The trust has adopted the Carver Policy Governance Model which separates issues of organisational purpose (ENDS) from all other organisational issues (MEANS). Our Trust Deed states that we must have between three and five Trustees. These Trustees have delegated operational and administrative responsibility to the Executive Director.
