Advancing Mental Health of the LGBTQIA+ community in the Manawatu-Whanganui region. Advancing Education of the Christian Community in the Manawatu-Whanganui region. Alleviate poverty and meet holistic needs of at risk LGBTQIA+ identifying people and their allies.

Entity Structure

Charitable Trust Deed dated 3 October 2021 empowers a board of trustees of no less than 5, and no more than 7 trustees to provide governance to meet the charitable purpose. Trustees serve a term of 2 years. The board is made up of members of the respective communities which the charitable trust endeavours to aid. We have a Secretary, Treasurer, and Chairperson. We are not affiliated with any organisation, however, are supported by Faith Communities, and the LGBTQIA+ community in our local area.
